Order Fulfillment: Picking up orders from the seller’s location and ensuring they are delivered to the customers in a timely manner. Package Handling: Ensuring that products are not damaged during transit. This involves proper packaging and securing items for safe delivery. Route Planning: Use GPS technology and traffic updates to navigate through traffic and find the quickest routes. Customer Interaction: They may confirm delivery details, collect payments (if required), and provide assistance or information about the products being delivered. Problem Resolution: In case of delivery issues such as address discrepancies, missed deliveries, or damaged items, delivery agents play a crucial role in resolving these issues Inventory Management: Ensuring they have the necessary products and supplies to fulfill orders efficiently. Reporting: Report on delivery metrics such as delivery times, number of successful deliveries, and any issues encountered Any Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

Aged 20 years and above. Id required reside in nairobi county or adjacent towns owns a smartphone with proper knowledge of technology updated referees and previous work experience is a must. Possess a good knowledge of nairobi streets and routes.
