Bestcare Facilities Management is a fast-growing facilities management and technical services company providing professional maintenance, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, security, and engineering support services across Kenya. We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable Borehole Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our technical team on a part-time and contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a serious technician with strong hands-on experience in borehole systems, pump repairs, diagnostics, installation, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair borehole system faults Install, remove, and maintain submersible pumps Repair borehole electrical and control systems Troubleshoot motor, pump, piping, and pressure issues Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing Conduct borehole inspections and performance testing Handle emergency breakdown response Repair starters, control panels, float switches, and pressure systems

Responsibilities

Requirements Proven experience in borehole repair and maintenance Strong understanding of submersible pumps and borehole systems Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults Experience with pump extraction and installation is an added advantage Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and customer service skills Must be disciplined, reliable, and solution-oriented Technical certification is an added advantage Valid driving license is an added advantage
