Core duties include : creating engaging content (photos, reels, and live streams for platforms like TikTok and Instagram), responding to online inquiries/comments, converting social leads to sales, and managing daily floor operations like stock, displays, and customer service

Responsibilities

Ability to capture clear, well-lit product photos and create aesthetic aesthetic setups within the shop. Familiarity with shooting and editing engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts). Writing catchy, engaging captions that accurately describe the product, highlight its features, and include clear Calls to Action (CTAs) Deep understanding of how algorithms and features work across apps like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Promptly responding to comments, sharing user-generated content, and managing DMs effectively. Live Selling: Confident and engaging on-camera presence to host live shopping sessions and showcase features in real-time.

Requirements & Skills

Must be located near Central Business District Diploma or KCSE Certificate Preferably new graduates
