Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed property inspections, both residential and commercial, to assess structural, electrical, plumbing, and safety conditions. Identify and document building defects, damage, and maintenance issues. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, including clear photographic evidence and recommendations. Communicate findings effectively to clients and provide expert advice on necessary repairs or improvements. Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and inspection technologies. Assist in training junior inspectors and support the property management team.

Requirements Certification: Valid certification in property/home inspection or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting home/property inspections.
