Bestcare Facilities Management is a leading provider of professional services across Kenya, including air conditioning installation and repair, refrigeration services, electrical, plumbing, pest control, cleaning, landscaping, and more. We operate in Nairobi, Mombasa, and major towns across the country. We are expanding our technical team in the Mombasa region and are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC & Refrigeration Technician. Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, central ACs, ducted systems, and chillers. Diagnose issues with refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, water dispensers, and other cooling appliances. Handle gas refills, compressor replacements, and routine servicing. Conduct preventive maintenance for both residential and commercial clients. Respond to client calls and deliver mobile services across Mombasa. Maintain accurate service records and report on completed tasks.

Responsibilities

✅ Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC & refrigeration. Technical training or certification in refrigeration and air conditioning. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Must be able to travel across the Mombasa region. Motorbike license or access to transport is an added advantage.
